I can honestly say I have no regrets working here. It’s a smaller shop that’s focused on the quality of the product, not the quantity going out the door. I have been with Standard Iron since August 2021 as the Operations Manager. My time here has been unlike any other, because of the size of the company, how family oriented the workplace is, safety is the top priority, all the team members communicate well, and we are worried about the quality of everything that we ship out. Here at Standard Iron, we are a close group of individuals that work well together and can achieve great things by sticking to what sets us apart from everyone else.
